Since the beginning of this year, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Titanium Company has implemented three major measures: balancing and stabilizing production, releasing the potential of rental production lines, and creating a high-end product matrix. From January to October, the output of titanium sponge increased by 18.9% year-on-year, and the proportion of high-end products reached 34.6%. Both hit record highs.

By strengthening the control of molten salt components in molten salt chlorination furnaces and optimizing magnesium chloride, it gives full play to the advantages of the entire process, discharge metering operations, and improves the air tightness of the vacuum system. Measures such as improving the sexual qualification rate and reducing the content of titanium chloride in sponges ensure that the production capacity of the three major systems of "titanium magnesium chloride" is fully released.

At the same time, the company overcame numerous difficulties and resumed the leasing of six multi-stage storage tanks and liquefaction system projects of the titanium sponge production line in an orderly manner at the Xinyu Operations Department. By taking a number of measures to significantly reduce process costs and maximize production capacity, titanium sponge production increased by 381.7% year-on-year, and its risk resistance and competitiveness were significantly enhanced.
