Recently, Baoti Group Titanium Strip Co., Ltd. successfully produced TC4 cold-rolled strip coils with a width of 1030mm and a thickness of 0.5mm, creating a complete process for the domestic wide-width TC4 strip coil cold-finished product production. The first batch of contracts is expected to be delivered at the end of October.

Since the beginning of this year, all the workshop departments of the Titanium Strip Company have worked together and cooperated. After many tests and verifications, process adjustments, and overcoming problems such as coil cracking and edge burrs, the company has successfully rolled TC4 cold-rolled coils to a thickness of 0.5mm, which is the first time in China that example. At the same time, relevant data are recorded in detail to form a work summary with reference value, providing valuable experience for continuous process optimization in the future.
At present, the titanium strip company has the ability to batch deliver wide-width TC4 strips of various specifications with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 3.0mm, and the performance complies with relevant standards.
