Digital Transformation Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises
With the advent of the digital era, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises are actively carrying out digital transformation. However, due to factors such as investment willingness, technical level, and talent reserves, the digital transformation process of small and medium-sized enterprises is slower than that of large enterprises. Some small and medium-sized enterprises still have problems such as "unwilling to transfer", "dare not to transfer", and "cannot transfer". To help small and medium-sized enterprises effectively solve these problems, the guidance and support of government departments is particularly important. Do a good job in urban pilots for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and create more experience models and typical practices that are in line with local realities, so that the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises can easily find familiar places next to them. "Visible" and "tangible" digital transformation benchmarks make it easier for small and medium-sized enterprises to follow suit with confidence.

It is worth mentioning that the national pilot cities for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises were officially launched before the working day, and 30 cities (districts) including Dongguan, Suzhou, and Ningbo have been included in the first batch of pilots. These pilot cities are all cities with good basic conditions, great potential for transformation, and strong demonstration capabilities. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that it will take the urban pilot work as an opportunity to assist the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
In the next step, we must continue to do a good job in four aspects, accelerate the realization of "batch by batch, batch by batch" results, and continuously enhance the confidence and confidence of small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation.
1. Continue to increase work coordination. For the identified pilot cities, we must continue to provide business guidance, strengthen supervision and management, organize performance appraisals, and ensure that the distribution of fixed quota rewards is implemented, detailed, and in place. In addition, the scope of the pilot will be further expanded based on the implementation status.
2. Continuously copy and promote experience. It is necessary to support digital service providers to provide diagnosis, consulting and other services for transforming enterprises, and to develop and integrate "small, fast, light and accurate" digital services and products for enterprises to independently choose to carry out digital transformation. At the same time, we summarize and integrate digital solutions that are highly versatile and effective, promote cross-regional replication and promotion, and amplify policy effects.
3. It is to continuously improve the level of innovation. It is necessary to guide small and medium-sized enterprises to further increase investment in innovation, comprehensively optimize production methods, business models, and management levels, enhance core competitiveness, and guide the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises to embark on a stable, professional, and new development path.
4. We must continue to strengthen cooperation in the industrial chain. Support small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen cooperation with chain owners and leading enterprises to achieve collaboration in orders, design, production, supply chain and other aspects. Encourage chain owners and leading enterprises to empower small and medium-sized enterprises through industrial links, aggregation and incubation, upstream and downstream supporting, open application scenarios, and technology diffusion.
Accurate implementation of policies, coordinated efforts, and lasting success. By promoting digital transformation pilots for urban small and medium-sized enterprises, we will continue to create vivid "benchmarks", encourage more small and medium-sized enterprises to "see and learn from people", and accelerate the pace of digital transformation. At the same time, it will also inject great impetus into the high-quality development of our country's economy.
