Titanium Alloy Additive Manufacturing Standardization Planning Seminar Held in Beijing

Recently, under the guidance of the Second Department of Equipment Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Aviation Technology Research Institute organized a titanium alloy additive manufacturing standardization strategic planning seminar at the Beijing Convention Center with the theme of "Collaborative Innovation Standards First".

60 companies from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, China Aviation Engine Corporation, and relevant provincial and municipal management departments, manufacturers, scientific research institutions, and colleges and universities. More than 120 experts and representatives from the unit attended the meeting.

The meeting listened to technical reports from specially invited experts, focusing on the standardization of titanium alloy additive manufacturing in four professional areas: "raw materials and preparation", "product design and manufacturing", "testing and testing", and "process control and certification" Conduct group discussions. The key areas and directions of the titanium alloy additive manufacturing standardization strategic planning have been initially formed.

The focus of this conference is mainly on titanium alloy additive manufacturing. It targets the entire process of materials and parts, design and manufacturing, testing and inspection, use and maintenance, evaluation and identification, process control and certification, etc. as standardization objects and complete sets of them. Carry out special standardization research in a series, systematically solve major basic common standardization issues in the aviation field, promote research on major standards in the aviation industry, and promote high-quality development of the aviation industry.
