In order to ensure the quality of titanium foil during transportation and storage, we use the following packaging:

1. Polyethylene Bags : Due to their excellent strength, flexibility and lightweight properties, these bags are commonly used for packaging titanium foil. They protect the foil from moisture, dust and other forms of contamination.

2. Cardboard boxes : Cardboard boxes come in different sizes and are usually used to pack titanium foil of different sizes. They provide strong protection and cushioning to prevent foil damage during shipping.

3. Foam padding : Foam padding can be used to line the inside of the cardboard box or wrapped around titanium foil to protect it from any external shock or vibration.

4. Vacuum packaging : Vacuum packaging is used to remove air from packaging materials to minimize the risk of corrosion and protect the titanium foil from oxidation. This is an effective way to protect materials during long-term storage.

5. Heat-sealing packaging : Heat-sealing packaging is a packaging method specifically used to package titanium foil to prevent oxidation and other forms of contamination. Foil packaging is in an inert gas environment to reduce the chance of chemical reactions.

Common production methods:

rolling : The most common manufacturing method of titanium foil is flat roller belt rolling, which has high productivity, large scale and large output. Basically, six-high cold rolling mill or twenty-high cold rolling mill is used for production.

There are two mainstream heat treatment methods for titanium strips and foils:

Vacuum annealing and continuous online protection annealing. Vacuum annealing is to put rolled or sheet titanium foil into a vacuum furnace for heat treatment; continuous online protection annealing of titanium strip foil is a newly introduced technology in recent years. It has higher production efficiency than vacuum annealing and has a certain impact on product quality. Higher improvement, but the equipment threshold is higher, especially product quality and mechanical performance. The performance indicators of titanium belts and titanium foils are well guaranteed.
