The company's research and development team optimized the selection of materials and the formulation of processes during the research and development cycle. Through multiple tests and calculations, the explosion welding window and explosion welding process parameters were determined, and the problems of analyzing the unsteady phenomenon in the explosive welding initiation zone, controlling the unsteady section, and eliminating the residual stress of explosive welding were solved.
The material of the explosive welding product of this project is: SB265Gr.1/Q235B; effective size specification: 4/42*12700*3960, the fitting rate reaches 99.9%, and the shear strength reaches 196MPa, which fully meets the national standards and various technical parameters of the industry for ultra-large area titanium steel composite plates. It is currently the largest titanium steel composite plate in the world and China, and its technical level has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level.
