Heat treatment process of titanium alloy GR.5 nut ( solid solution treatment and aging treatment

Solid solution treatment is to heat the titanium nut to an appropriate temperature so that the alloy elements in the solid solution are uniformly dissolved to form a solid solution structure. Normally, the solid solution temperature is the high temperature end of the β phase region, and is quickly cooled to room temperature after being maintained for a certain period of time.
