Product Introduction
Titanium flange nuts are machined hex flange nuts made from grade 5 titanium. It has a flange section on one end of the nut that acts as an integrated non-rotating washer. The function of the flange is to distribute the load exerted on it over a larger surface area to prevent damage to the parts being protected and reduce the chance of component damage. This way, the flange acts as a washer, placing the nut evenly on the surface of the part. So no washing machine is required when assembling, which will greatly reduce your time and money.
Titanium hex flange nuts are very common and widely used in soft mounting materials to create a locking effect. The saw teeth bite into the material being installed, preventing the material from loosening due to prolonged vibration.
