BT9 ( Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si ) is an α + β dual-phase titanium alloy with excellent hot strength properties, high room temperature strength and good hot workability. It can be used for a long time at 500℃ and is suitable for manufacturing aero-engine discs and blades, compressor discs, blades and drums. Due to the low density of titanium alloys and their relatively high strength from low temperature (-253°C) to medium and high temperatures (around 600°C), titanium alloys can replace traditional materials such as steel, aluminum alloys, and high temperatures. Raw material preparation: The raw materials are mainly titanium sponge and other alloy elements. The raw materials are melted in a vacuum furnace, and the molten titanium alloy is poured into a water-cooled copper mold to form a titanium ingot.

Hot rolling: Hot rolling titanium ingots at high temperatures into plate-shaped blanks.

Annealing: Anneal the plate-shaped blank to eliminate residual stress and improve the plasticity and toughness of the material.

Cold rolling: Cold rolling the hot-rolled plate blank to the specified thickness and size.

Heat treatment: Heat treatment is performed on the cold-rolled plate blank to improve the strength and toughness of the material.

Finishing: Inspect, cut, and deburr the heat-treated titanium plate to the required size and shape.
