The assembling system incorporates the accompanying techniques:

Rolling: The interaction of thermal movement is used to move ingots or profiles into elongated sheets called "plates". The sheets are then corrosively pickled to remove any contaminants or oxides from the surface.

Cold rolling: The sheet is then cold moved to decrease thickness and increment strength. A rolling mill is used to compress the sheet between rollers in the process.

Annealing: In a vacuum furnace, cold-rolled plates are annealed at high temperatures to reduce stress and improve ductility.

Last Thickness Decrease: During this step, a rolling mill is used to further reduce the annealed sheet's thickness until the desired foil thickness is achieved.

Slitting: The last move toward the assembling system is cutting the foil to the ideal width and length
