GR5 titanium alloy has a series of advantages such as excellent corrosion resistance, low density, high specific strength, good toughness and weldability, and has been successfully used in aerospace, petrochemical, shipbuilding, automobile, pharmaceutical and other sectors.
GR5 material is Ti-6Al-4V, which belongs to (α+β) type alloy titanium , which has good comprehensive mechanical and mechanical properties and high specific strength . light in weight, high in strength, superior in mechanical properties, and excellent in corrosion resistance.
The strength of GR5 is sb=1.012GPa, the density is g=4.51g/cm3, the specific strength is sb/g=23.5, and the thermal conductivity of TI6AL4V is l=7.955W/m·K. The specific strength sb/g of alloy steel is less than 18. Titanium alloys have low thermal conductivity . The thermal conductivity of titanium alloy is 1/5 of that of iron and 1/10 of that of aluminum .
