Product Introduction
Titanium alloy bar has high strength and low density, good mechanical properties, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, toughness and corrosion resistance.The two most prominent advantages are high specific strength and strong corrosion resistance, which determines that titanium has a wide range of uses in sea, land , air, outer space , electric power, chemical industry, papermaking, metallurgy, medical equipment, and seawater desalination .

Characteristics of titanium alloy

Commercial pure titanium properties
Pure titanium has good plasticity, low strength and is easy to process. After crystallization, the α-titanium of the close-packed hexagonal lattice is transformed into β-titanium of the body-centered cubic lattice when heated to 882 ℃. In many media, titanium corrosion resistance is better than stainless steel, especially the ability to resist seawater corrosion is very prominent. Commercial pure titanium grades are GR1, GR2, GR3, GR4, the greater the grade number, the more the mass fraction of impurities.
