Products Description

Commercial pure titanium

Titanium content is high, its mechanical properties and chemical properties are similar to stainless steel, strength relative to titanium alloy is not high, good plasticity, easy to process molding, stamping, welding performance is good in the atmosphere, seawater and other environments have good corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance is stronger than stainless steel, but the heat resistance is low.

α Titanium alloy

It can not be strengthened by heat treatment, can only be strengthened by solid solution, and the strength at room temperature is low, but the strength and creep limit at high temperature (500 ~ 600°c) are the highest. And the organization is stable, oxidation resistance and weldability is good, corrosion resistance and cutting processing is good, stamping ability is low.

α+β type titanium alloy

It has good comprehensive mechanical properties, most of which can be strengthened by heat treatment, forging, stamping and welding, high strength at room temperature, good heat resistance in the temperature range of 150 ~ 500℃, good low temperature toughness, good corrosion resistance, of which GR5 is the most widely used titanium alloy material.
