Production process:

1. Select high-quality blanks for heating, forming, cooling, and free forging, including upsetting, stretching, stamping, bending and cutting.

2. Upsetting, forging the original blank in the axial direction to reduce its height and increase its cross-section. This process is often used for forging gear blanks and other disc-shaped forgings.

3. Drawing to increase the length of the blank and reduce the cross-section of the blank is usually used to produce shaft blanks, such as lathe spindles and connecting rods.

4. Cut the flange, cut the inner and outer diameter and thickness of the flange directly on the middle plate, and then process the bolt holes and waterline.

5. For large flanges, the rolling process can be used to cut the middle plate into strips and then roll them into circles.

6. Finally, welding, flattening and machining of waterline and bolt holes.

The second function is to facilitate the removal of sundries in the pipeline during maintenance. As far as the plugging effect is concerned, it has the same effect as the head and cap . But there is no way to disassemble the head, and the flange blind plate is fixed with bolts, which is very convenient to disassemble. Flange blind plates are made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, plastic and so on .

Note: Flange blind plates are not galvanized when used in oil medium systems, and should be hot-dip galvanized when used in other medium systems. The minimum galvanized layer weight is 610g/m2, and the quality inspection of hot-dip galvanized is according to CB*/Z343 [3 ] . The blind plate is mainly used to completely isolate the production medium to prevent production from being affected or even accidents caused by the shut-off valve being lax.

Titanium blind flanges are generally used in the following places:

1. In the preparatory stage, during the strength test or tightness test of the pipeline, it cannot be connected with the connected equipment (such as turbines, compressors, gasifiers, reactors, etc.) etc.) at the same time, it is necessary to set a blind plate at the connection between the equipment and the pipeline .

2. The main pipeline from outside the boundary area is divided into several sub-pipelines to enter each series, and blind plates are installed at the shut-off valves of each sub-pipeline.

3. For various process material pipelines connected outside the bounded area to the bounded area, when the equipment is out of service , if the pipeline is still working, a blind plate is installed at the shut-off valve.

4. When the equipment needs to be regularly repaired, inspected or switched between each other, and the equipment involved needs to be completely isolated, a blind plate should be installed at the shut-off valve.

5. The low points of equipment and pipelines should be drained. If the process medium needs to be concentrated into a common collection system, a blind plate should be installed behind the shut-off valve.

6. When the pressurized pipeline, replacement gas pipeline (such as nitrogen pipeline, compressed air pipeline) and the process pipeline are connected to the equipment, a blind plate is installed at the cut-off valve.

7. When the equipment is manufactured in stages, the interconnected pipelines shall be provided with blind boards at the shut-off valves for subsequent construction.

8. The exhaust pipes, drain pipes and sampling pipes of equipment and pipelines should be equipped with blind plates or plugs behind the valves. Non-hazardous to health and non-explosive hazardous materials are excluded.

9. When the equipment is in normal production, some pipelines that need to be completely cut off should generally be equipped with blind plate
