Production process : welding

Surface cleaning : The use of wire brushes can effectively remove impurities and reactive substances on the surface of titanium tubes to ensure smooth subsequent processing.

Grinding wheel dressing: Use the grinding wheel to dress the processed surface to remove defects such as flash, burrs, and bumps .

Degreasing treatment: use celluloid sponge dipped in sulfur-free ethanol or sulfur-free acetone to degrease all welding surfaces and within 50mm near the groove .

Pickling and passivation treatment: After the titanium material is welded, the weld seam and heat-affected zone must be pickled and passivated after passing the surface color inspection .
