The processing technology and characteristics of cold-drawn titanium wire and hot-drawn titanium wire:

1. Hot-drawn titanium wire is to first use an indenter machine to press the head of the titanium rod into a small size, and then use tension to pull the titanium rod with a larger diameter from a hole larger than the titanium rod. By pulling it out from a tapered hole about 1 mm smaller, the diameter of the original titanium rod can be reduced by pulling out. By drawing multiple times, a titanium wire with a very small diameter can be achieved. Simply put, the titanium rod is heated and then drawn above the recrystallization temperature. The titanium wire produced is called hot-drawn titanium wire.
2. Cold-drawn titanium wire is drawn at room temperature, and the general material is pure titanium
