As the rolling speed increases, both the radial tensile strain and the hoop compressive strain decrease, and the vertical component also decreases.
The friction coefficient increases, the radial tensile strain and hoop compressive strain in the opening area decrease, and the forming load increases. For thick-walled pipes that are prone to internal surface quality problems, it is recommended to increase friction appropriately.

Anti-oxidation performance :
The alloy's anti-oxidation temperature can reach 315°C. At 800°C for 1 hour, the surface oxidation depth does not exceed 0.05mm.

Electrochemical potential :
The corrosion potential in seawater at 50°C is 9.2V (SCE), slightly lower than the 9.6V (SCE) of pure titanium, but at least 1V (SCE) higher than stainless steel.
